Cat Sample Competition

1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who have signed up to receive a sample of cat food from Animals Like Us
3. Conditions of Entry:
   To enter, an eligible participant must post an image or video via Instagram or Facebook post, Instagram or Facebook Story or Instagram or Facebook Reel featuring the Animals Like Us judge cat cut out, product, packaging and/or Animals Like Us special edition gift box during the Promotional Period. Every image or video posted to Instagram or Facebook (as above) will give the eligible participant one entry into the draw.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries per eligible participant, provided all conditions of entry are met.
5. Animals Like Us (the “Promoter”) its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
6. Promotion commences 20^th January 2023 at 00:01 until 28^th February 2023 at 23:59 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
7. One winner will be randomly drawn from one prize pool on 1^st march 2023. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the Email address provided on the sign up form. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 10^th March 2023, then the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
8. The first valid entry drawn will win $500 NZD worth of Animals Like Us SuperBlend50 Cat Food. The prize will be delivered to the winner to a address in New Zealand.
9. The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s electronic device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
13. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
14. By participating in the competition you give the Promotor permission to share your entry on the Promotors Instagram and Facebook pages as well as in any Email communications.
15. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
